Introducing

Hey everyone!
My name is Josh! 

It is hard to sum up a life in a short box, but it's safe to say I've been on a healing journey for quite some time now. I was "diagnosed" with depression and anxiety before I was even a teenager and spent many years on different medications and therapist - but along the way I just gathered more mental health issues such as an eating disorder and addiction issues. 
It wasn't until, I found the spiritual healing and holistic path that I truly went into my heart space and did the self healing.
I have found that Reiki, Crystals, Meditation, Essential Oils and Angels all have helped me to become the person that I am today - alive, learning and healing more and more every day. 

My aim is to hold a safe space for you, in my healing lodge, for you to connect with your inner self, to relax, to heal, to gain insight , to gain wisdom, to grow, to be at peace and to smile more. Whether is be a massage, energy healing or a tarot / angel reading - this space is for you!
